Custom training plan built around your schedule and equipment. Custom nutrition plan with flexible options. Weekly check-ins with adjustments. 24/7 WhatsApp support for accountability and questions.

Payment Terms

£199 per 4 weeks recurring subscription via Stripe. Payment secures your place and continued access to coaching, plans and support.

Cancellation Policy

7 days written notice via WhatsApp. No refunds for current 4-week period. Coaching continues until end of period.

Client Commitment

You agree to communicate honestly, follow the plan as best as you can, and inform Hadi of any medical changes.

What we collect: Full name, email, phone, DOB, emergency contact, PAR-Q health screening, medical conditions / injuries / medications (special category health data), signature, progress photos / videos, check-in photos, body measurements, weight, training / nutrition data, messages, payment confirmation (card details handled by Stripe, we never see them).

Why: To provide safe 1-1 coaching, create your personalised plans, track progress via photos / measurements, ensure safety, communicate via WhatsApp, and keep legal / insurance records.

Lawful basis (UK GDPR): Contract for coaching, Explicit Consent (Art.9) for health data and photos / videos, Legitimate Interests for progress tracking, Legal Obligation for records.

How stored: Securely via Netlify Forms (encrypted), WhatsApp (end-to-end encrypted), private coach drive. Photos stored securely and never shared publicly without your separate written consent for testimonials.

How long: 6 years after coaching ends for insurance / legal, then deleted. You can request deletion earlier where allowed.

Your rights: Access, correct, delete, restrict, object, portability, withdraw consent anytime via WhatsApp. Right to complain to ICO (ico.org.uk).

We never sell your data. Only shared if legally required or Stripe for payments.
